Mercedes Sprinter Minibus
A dedicated premium minibus service for groups of up to 12 passengers, separate from the Mercedes V-Class. Every request is quoted according to route, schedule and luggage logistics.
12 seats
The Sprinter minibus is designed for multi-passenger airport arrivals, roadshows, private events, trade fair shuttles and delegation movements. The purpose is clear: premium coordination with one dedicated vehicle when a 7-seat V-Class is no longer enough.
Coordinated transport for executives, VIP guests and assistants.
Discreet shuttles for trade fairs, galas, weddings and private evenings.
Group meet-and-greet with luggage at CDG, Orly, Le Bourget and Paris stations.
The V-Class remains our premium van for up to 7 passengers. The Mercedes Sprinter Minibus is a separate 12-passenger category for more demanding group logistics.

A Mercedes Sprinter Minibus is not booked like a sedan. Group transport requires checking luggage, access, timing, and traffic so passengers stay together without creating operational delays. This preparation matters for groups travelling with a tight agenda, several contacts, or access constraints. It confirms whether one Sprinter is enough or whether an additional transport setup is needed. It also avoids last-minute surprises around luggage, parking, meeting points, venue access, and shuttle timing. It keeps responsibilities clear.
The 12-passenger capacity must always be compared with luggage volume. A group with cabin bags, event cases, or professional equipment may require a loading plan adjustment or an additional solution.
CDG, Orly, Le Bourget, and Paris railway stations do not use the same approach zones for a minibus. Terminal, flight or train number, and group size help define a realistic meeting point.
Trade fairs, galas, weddings, and conferences often involve regulated access, badges, shuttle schedules, or dedicated drop-off areas. These constraints should be known before quoting to avoid fragile logistics.
For a half day or full day, the plan must include pauses, waiting time, venue changes, and vehicle repositioning. Pricing depends as much on duration as on the route itself.
Share date, schedule, addresses, exact passenger count, luggage, onsite contacts, journey context, and confidentiality needs. These details allow feasibility to be confirmed before any payment request.
Some streets and hotel areas are not suitable for a minibus. When direct access is impossible, the chauffeur suggests a nearby realistic drop-off zone to protect the group s timing.
